During May, I had to get my dad’s house ready for sale. To comply with common South African business conduct, I had to do a few things:
- Get a contractor to fix the roof
- Analyse and repair the electrical system
- Replace broken glass
- Make the sprinkler system reliable
- Remove outdated TV antenna
- Replace broken toilet
- Secure pelmet
- Clean the pool
- Get the lightning conductor certified
- Rehang a door so that it can close properly
